Swapfile is operated by Shreyas Gupta. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to the one-time Lifetime unlock and to Premium subscription payments.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt to request a refund, or contact us and we will raise it for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank may take a few days to show them.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a Premium subscription at any time through paddle.net or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
